HOW DO I AMEND THE NAME OR EMAIL ADDRESS?

Aim

• To amend misspelled name or email address
• To amend name and/or email address after purchasing a course for another person

1. Go to https://caredemy.co.uk/my-account/edit-account/
2. If amending the name, enter the First and Last name (this is the name that will reflect on the certificate)
3. The display name should NOT be an email address.

4. If amending the email address, enter the correct email address in the field provided.

5. Click the “Save Changes” button

NOTE: An error message will be shown if an email address is entered in the Display Name field. If you see this error message, please amend the Display Name.
